Some time ago I wrote an article
titled the export potentials of pounded yam flour. If you have not read it, you
can get it here. Looking at my traffic stats over the months, I discovered that the
article has attracted many readers. Due to popular demand, I have decided to
write a follow up article which will explain in details how to produce pounded
yam flour and package for export.
In my previous article, I exposed
the great money making potentials in pounded yam flour production and export. Pounded
Yam is the most expensive food in our urban cities, although the most common in
our rural areas. It has the advantage of being able to be preserved for a
longer period of time. This makes it very good for export coupled with fact
that it is of high demand both locally and abroad.
